The Sticky Toffee Pudding Club

There's a street on Grand Cayman named after a dessert. That's the kind of following our Sticky Toffee Pudding has built over the years, and it's still the dish most guests order twice in one visit.

It's made the traditional way, dense and dark, soaked in a warm toffee sauce, and finished with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Simple, done properly, and never changed because it's never needed to be.

Waterfront Dining in West Bay, Near Rum Point

Calypso Grill sits on the water in West Bay, a short drive from Seven Mile Beach and looking out toward Rum Point across the bay. It's a different pace to the busier strip, quieter, closer to the water, and built around long lunches and slow dinners rather than passing trade.

Guests often ask us for restaurant recommendations near Rum Point or West Bay. Our answer is always the same: come by boat, come by car, but come hungry. The terrace seating puts you right on the water for sunset, and the kitchen runs a daily-changing menu built around the catch of the day.
