Calypso Grill has a rich history of bringing people together — celebrated for its warmth, character, and heartfelt cooking. Located on the water in Morgan’s Harbour, it’s a place where long lunches stretch into evenings and moments are shared over plates of much-loved food.

From Lobster & Shrimp Champagne to Mango Shrimp and Crab Cakes, many of our dishes have been part of the Calypso story since the beginning. And of course, our famous Sticky Toffee Pudding — so loved it inspired the name of the nearby Sticky Toffee Lane.

Emily Scott is a chef, author, and Executive Consultant Chef at Calypso Grill. Known for her thoughtful, seasonal approach to cooking, Emily brings a calm, ingredient-led philosophy shaped by years of classical training and experience in London and France.

Her influence at Calypso is rooted in consistency, care, and flavour — working closely with the team to refine dishes while honouring the spirit of the restaurant. Emily looks forward to welcoming you to Calypso soon.

At Calypso Grill, our food is shaped by a deep respect for ingredients and a love of simple, honest cooking. Drawing inspiration from Cayman’s coastal landscape and Caribbean flavours, our menu celebrates fresh seafood, seasonal produce, and dishes made carefully from scratch.

From long-standing Calypso classics to daily specials inspired by the catch of the day, every plate is prepared with care and intention. Stocks, breads, pastries, and pasta are all made in-house — because detail matters, and flavour always comes first.

Food at Calypso is generous, comforting, and designed to be enjoyed slowly — shared around the table, with good wine, good company, and the sea just beyond.
