At the heart of Calypso Grill is a dedicated team who bring our restaurant to life every day. From the kitchen to the dining room, each member of our team plays a part in creating the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere Calypso is known for. United by a passion for good food, thoughtful service, and island hospitality, our team takes pride in making every guest feel at home by the water.

Lisa Macaulay
General Manager

Lisa Macaulay has been with the Calypso Grill team since the very beginning. Lisa is a wonderful host with the rare ability to move effortlessly through the restaurant while always making time for everyone.

Kye Byford
Head Chef

Formerly of Emily’s restaurant Emily Scott Food in Cornwall, England, is leading the kitchen at Calypso Grill. Having worked together for eight years, Kye is an ambassador for Emily’s brand and ethos, and under guidance from Emily they are working together to create consistency and elevate the dishes.

Guiding you through our Wine List, Carl plays a key role in guiding guests through Calypso Grill’s extensive Cellar. Passionate about wine and pairing, Carl enjoys helping guests find the perfect bottle for their table and enhancing every dining experience.

Supervisor Jeronimo has been working at Calypso Grill for 18 years and takes great care in ensure every guest has a memorable experience when they dine with us.
