My role at Calypso Grill is Supervisor. I have been working at Calypso Grill for 18 years. It is a special place.
What do you enjoy the most about working at Calypso Grill?
What I enjoy the most at Calypso Grill is the people. Working with Emily, Lisa and the whole team. The unique atmosphere, our customers, good food and wine.
Do you have a favorite dish
My favorite dishes at Calypso Grill has to be, as an appetizer of Crab Cakes and as a main course the Crab Linguine and the Wahoo Escoveitch. Of course for dessert Sticky Toffee Pudding.
What do you think makes this restaurant and experience unique?
I believe that every guest we have the pleasure of working with is a true gift. This is why I take great care to ensure that each interaction is personalized to meet their unique needs and expectations. From the moment the guests walk through our doors our goal is to make them feel valued and appreciated.

What I love about the island the most are the beaches and the gastronomy.
