What is your role at Calypso Grill?

My name is Elisa and I have been working at Calypso since 2017 as a server.

What do you enjoy the most about working at Calypso Grill?

At Calypso Grill I feel at home. I am passionate about my job, I love cooking and food. I think that Calypso Grill is the best restaurant on the Island, so I suggest dishes to our customers with enthusiasm. At the end of my shift I get a great deal of satisfaction.

Do you have a favorite dish

IIt's hard to choose one dish, they're all very good. If I had to choose one I'd say the wahoo chimichurri or the fish stew.

What do you enjoy the most about working with Emily?

I think Emily is amazing. It is a pleasure to work with and for her. She is creative, sensitive and respectful. I hope to work with her for a long time.

What do you think makes this restaurant and experience unique?

The atmosphere, the service and our great food makes it a unique experience.

Tell us what you love about the island?

Grand Cayman is a very small and quiet island. I live here with my husband and my little daughter, away from stress and surrounded by wonderful people. The sea and the beaches are the best place to spend your free time.
