Join Executive Chef Emily Scott on Saturday 21st February as part of our ongoing Wine Event Series at Calypso Grill. We are delighted to welcome Mark Hellyar, acclaimed winemaker from Bordeaux, for an exclusive culinary and wine experience. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated four-course set lunch, featuring signature recipes from Emily’s books, each thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Bordeaux. Mark will personally guide us through the wines with our Sommelier Carl Promnitz sharing insights into the terroir, winemaking philosophy and stories behind each bottle, creating a relaxed yet informative afternoon celebrating good food, wine, and great conversation.
